Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase.

We currently do not accept returns for domestic or international orders.

Replacement requests are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue on (info@monestri.com).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing inaccuracies, product availability issues, or verification concerns.

Products showing signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or normal wear are not eligible for replacement.

Natural variations in leather texture, grain, and color are not considered defects.

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for replacement.

Approved replacement requests will be processed after inspection and verification.

Replacement shipping charges shall be borne by the customer in all cases.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
